Send us your your account information, including:

  • Hosting account login & password
  • WordPress account login & password
  • Domain registrar login & password (if different than hosting)

1.) Send us new text files that are well-organized

2.) Send us new images that are named properly

With a lot of love and a little magic, we’ll have your new WordPress website up and running in less than 5 days.


Will you transfer my plugins over?


Yes! As long as they’ve been updated in the last 12 months, we absolutely will. If they are outdated, it is a huge security risk and we will recommend a new plugin to replace the outdated one. We will not transfer outdated or insecure plugins.

Can you collect donations via Classy or Stripe?


Yes. Absolutely. Your new website upgrade (for nonprofits) includes Classy.org integration. For Stripe integration, you need to purchase a SSL along with GIVE WP. Total add-on cost for one year is $300, which is WELL worth it! 

Is there a limit on pages & posts you will transfer?


Yes, the transfer is limited to a combined total of 30 pages, posts, products & portfolio items. If you have more than 30, you can transfer them yourself. (20 pages + 10 products or 10 posts + 10 pages + 10 products, etc) That’s the beauty of WordPress :) 

Can you integrate a shopping cart?


That depends. If your current site has a working, updated shopping cart platform like WooCommerce already installed, then yes. If not, it will be an additional fee as it’s outside the scope of this upgrade program.

Is my data secure?


Yes. Your data is securely processed through Stripe & GoDaddy’s SSL with a $250,000 insurance policy.

Do you keep my card info?

No. Stripe processes the payments so the only thing we see is your email & the last 4 of the card.

What if I don't like my new WordPress site?


We encourage you to browse our portfolio to gain confidence in what we do. Additionally, please browse Themeforest’s extensive collection of themes so you know you’re getting what you want.
